Day 6: Pilates/cardio/ or not (Depends)
Day 7: rest day. Thy shall not work on Sabbath day. hohoho
It's been almost a month now. The measuring tape fails me.
Another option: add on fat-burning lotion. Mustajab. Amik kau lemak-lemak.
I'm desperate to lose my thigh fat. No, not "my". It doesn't belong to me. They are intruders to my body.
I want to use those short dress and skirts and pants.
MUST GET RID OF THOSE FAT!!!!!!!!!!
