Ingredients:
Chicken ( you may use chicken wing or chicken thigh, whichever you prefer)
Chicken stock (I used Perencah Secukup Rasa Maggie)
Oyster sauce
White pepper
2 garlics
Ginger (sedikit sahaje ye)
1. Mashed the garlics and ginger together (I used mortar. If you don't have one, you may blend it)
2. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients above (terjun saja dalam bekas)
3. Leave it for 10-15 minutes.
4. Steam the chicken for 20-30 minutes.
Easy right? No oil involve. Selamat mencuba!
