You, Love and Relationship

Hola. It has been a hectic week. With 3 tests in row, assignments to submit and FYP to be done. So, I decided just to laze around tonight and get a good rest. Tomorrow will start doing those lovely sweet assignments and FYP again.

So, apa barang mok merepek kat sitok? Absolutely not about politic. I actually don't give a damn bout that. But, it is kind of interesting to watch those political drama though. Some of them such a drama queen right? Or should I say drama king? But anyway, good luck and keep those promises you made. Cheers.

I want to share about a book that I'm currently reading. It a very very very nice book. Very very very suitable for young people who are in a relationship. It is such an eye opening book.

IF YOU REALLY LOVED ME by JASON EVERT

This book contains 100 questions on dating, relationship and sexual purity. I will just take some very interesting quote from this this book (malas kan mau tulis review panjang-panjang)

I'm in a relationship too. Yes, I admit there are times that we really want to give all out to our partner.I did make mistakes. Ever since he moved back to hometown, I always wonder why do we have to be apart? But now I come to a realization(betul ka ayat?) God has a plan. It would be nice and sweet if we keep those romance for our next level-of-you know what.

Simple, I read before I sleep. I spend 10-20 minutes to read before I sleep. It helps to put me to sleep. Perfect sleeping pill.

BorneO night and I am a Bidayuh lady (Dayung Bidayuh)

Once upon a time, in a far far away land, there lived 2 princesses and their living Barbie Dolls. One night, they were invited to a marvelous and awesome function. But they were asked to do a performance. Oh no, 2 performance. Apa!! Suruh puteri menari?! How dare!! Ok lets get serious. hehe..The picture was taken last night during UTM Borneo Night. It was an event where PERMAS (Persatuan Mahasiswa Sabah) and MASSA (Perwakilan Mahasiswa Sarawak) join in hand together to organize this dinner. It was a very very excellent event indeed.

Well, biasa la, ditambah lagi dengan orang Borneo yang hot stuff of course la excellent. Lihat gambar di atas sekali lagi dan betulkan penglihatan anda.

I was proudly wearing my own race traditional costume. A Bidayuh costume. But lack of accessories. If ada accessories lagi gempak. The lady on my right is wearing a traditional Iban costume. And the rest of the girls, thie tops is Kebaya top. It is actually worn with kebaya sarong. But since this is our attire for our performance, so lain daripada yang lain sikit la.

YB Datuk Fadhilah  and our UTM TNC was among the invited VIP guests. Borneo Night. It is a happening event with happening music, dance and open floor. This is what you will experience when you attend a Sabah or Sarawak event. Because it is in our culture. We love to have fun time with our family and friends. Dancing, singing together. Aku rasa TNC kejutan kali tengok semua orang bangun menari sama-sama dengan sungguh sporting dan tidak skema. hahahah..but I can see him enjoy himself too. When I invite YB to dance the Sumazau, he also joined.

p/s That is the night when true spirit of 1Malaysia comes alive and we showed to non-bornoean that came. I'm sorry to say this, but we have loooonnnggg ago accomplished it, but we never brag about it saying 1borneo or whatsoever. We are humble people. We are beautiful inside and out =) cheerrsss!!

This post is suppose to be written on 17 February. But I didn't managed to find a quite peace time to sit down and blogging. But now, it's Saturday afternoon and I just finished TECS, sitting on the bed and start blogging. Here a blog I specially dedicate to the most amazing woman on earth, my dear mama.  Cherished Mother

Valentine

It is 13th February 2011 today. Tomorrow is 14th February. February the 14th.
                                                VALENTINE'S DAY.
The day where all lovers (well, almost all) will crash their brain out to think what to buy, what to do, where to eat, what to wear, to please their partner and celebrate V-day. The girlfriends ambil kesempatan untuk bermanja-manja, demand lebih sikit, level mengada-ngada increase. The boyfriends pula menjadi extraordinary romantic (untuk yang tak berapa nak romantic), sweet (untuk yang tak berapa nak sweet), ringan wallet ( murah hati beli bunga, hadiah, dinner treat untuk yang agak kedekut). So, no wonder V-day is the day that most of love birds have been waiting for.

For the V-day controversy that revolves around this few days, here's a little piece of my mind.

• It is a day for love celebration for your loved one. Your parents, your friends, your partner, your siblings, your friends and even yourself. Tapi orang selalu lupa yang lain, asyik-asyik boyfriend(s), asyk-asyik girlfriend(s). Mengada eh. 

• If you want to celebrate it, do it the right way. Don't destroy the purity and the beauty of love. 

• For those who think that it is against your religion and wish to teach your people, do research, teach them in the right way, be clear with what ever information that you ought to deliver. Do it with sincerity to teach, not to blame and not a single prejudice towards any other religion. Otherwise you will create a havoc in the country. Orang Malaysia ni sensitif orangnya. Hati selembut bread Gardenia.

• For me, love should be celebrated every day. Not only on this particular day. Tapi if on V-day is extraordinary special can also la. By celebrate I mean not with gifts, flowers, or any material stuff (walaupun perempuan memang suka benda-benda ni sebenarnya..haha) but by giving attention, care etc. Even little things means so much to your partner. Remember that. Open your eyes, appreciate every little things your partner does to you. Even the moment when he/she smile for 5 seconds at you. 

•  Jangan time mengorat jak bersungguh nak mampus tapi bila dah dapat, diabai-abaikan. Kena tinggal baru padan muka. 

Oh, by the way, I never celebrate V-day with my bf. Cause we're away from each other. Also never with the ex-bf for the same reason. But I don't mind. I have my friends around. You know who you are. Thank you GIFTers. Look forward to attend Sister's night tonight!!

Rain rain rain

Sunday. A rainy Sunday. It is freezing right into the bones. I never like cold weather. Often cause muscle pain since I often stiff my muscle to bear the coldness. It is indeed a perfect day to laze in bed, tuck myself in the blanket and never come out. Just like those hibernated South Pole animals. But not today...not today...

GMC!! Gift Masterchef..yes MASTERchef..haha..cooking competition is today. Its nice to keep myself occupied at this time of the day. At least I can feel the heat while I'm cooking.

Should be start cooking now. So off I go =)
